About the Sun, Moon and Stars…

So many times, I have looked to the sky

For answers to questions, as she kept floating on by

The sun, she has no time for me, I looked at her, she blinded me

The moon and I were once great friends, until he got mad, and left again

And Every star up in the sky, forgot to wink, while blazing by

I hope you all have a great day! Thank you for stopping by my blog today. Happy blogging to all.

The Mad Chatter

Published by THE MAD CHATTER

Who am I? I am the 42 year old mother of three beautiful children. I fight for people who don't have a voice. I fight for people with disabilities, I am a warrior for children... may my vengeance rain down upon anyone who would dare to lay a hand upon any child. I love God with all of my soul. I am a "conspiracy theorist", which means that I am a thinker. All things that can be proven began with a theory. Am I correct? Rhetorical questions are my thing, and puns. I am half realist and half visionary. I speak from my soul, freely and openly. I am a very artistic person. I live not in the black or white world. I live in the gray area of my brain. I AM HUMAN!

  1. I love it, Jessica! The old Man in the moon does come and go a lot doesn’t he. I love the sky also. Cloud Busting is one of my favorite past times. An imaginative person, such as you, can see everything in the clouds. I have managed to live 69 years without trying marijuana…..but when I get to the Old Folks Home…..I am gonna fire up some Happy Weed. Mary Jane and I are gonna rock! I am taking my record player (lol) and my vinyl 45 single by Kenny Rogers & The First Edition…Just Dropped In. I will have the most colorful wheel chair in the building. It will be all Hippied up with bright colored clouds and such to match the colorful flowers in my grey hair. If I ever catch any other old person in my wheel chair…I will say…”HEY hey, YOU you GET OFF OF MY CLOUD!”……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………
I woke up this morning with the sundown shining in
I found my mind in a brown paper bag within
I tripped on a cloud and fell-a eight miles high
I tore my mind on a jagged sky
I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in
Yeah, yeah, oh-yeah, what condition my condition was in
I pushed my soul in a deep dark hole and then I followed it in
I watched myself crawling out as I was a-crawling in
I got up so tight I couldn’t unwind
I saw so much I broke my mind
I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in
Yeah, yeah, oh-yeah, what condition my condition was in
Someone painted April Fool in big black letters on a Dead End sign
I had my foot on the gas as I left the road and blew out my mind
Eight miles outta Memphis and I got no spare
Eight miles straight up downtown somewhere
I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in
I said I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in

    1. So appropriate! I’ve heard the song before, and I fully get it… awesome music. I miss real instruments. Thank you so much for the link my friend. I added it to my YouTube music library. Jessica
